I can still remember as a young adult, starting my career and having to commute to Sydney via train and being so nervous about having to walk home late at night from the train station. I got myself a mag light torch and had someone on one training with you on how I could use that to protect myself should I ever need it. The confidence that those sessions gave me meant I wasn’t nervous as a young woman traveling on the trains by myself or walking home from the station either. Steph.

What Steve taught me was an amazing form of self defence, which ranges from basic movement to advanced combat for self defence as an an unarmed response to counter attach by weapons and how to defend and attach with weapons and empty hand ,an amazing journey to be become accomplished in combat to defend and attach through filipino arnis technique .😀💥
